woot for skipping the trees! ~*~
Legolos walked past the dead bodys to where Arragon stood.
"Do you see anything?" Legolos asked.
"They were laying here then..." Arragon fallowed the footprints to the woods.
"Gimil, come on." Legolos motioned as he ran after Arragon.
"Dwarfs aren't ment to run this much," Gimil muttered as he fallowed them into the forest.

Merry and Pippin sat under a fallen tree shivering.
"Do you think they've gone?" Pippin asked rubbing his hands togather.
"I don't know." Merry sighed. "I'm Hungry."
"So am I-AH!" Pippin yelped as a sword sliced threw the tree.
"there you are," Arragon smiled down at the two hobbits.

"Little one what is wrong?" Allier asked flora as thetwo ate a quiet meal.
"I feel like.... like we should be with them, Merry and the other i mean." Flora said.
"I know what you are feeling my dear if it is what you wish we will head for Rohan and catch up with them there. They should be stopping for food at that point."
"Off we go then," she said standing then returned to her seat, "After we finish eating."
"You finish i'll be right back." she said and left their makeshift table.
by the time Flora had finished eating all the food on the table Allier returned a horse and a pony in her sted.
"As Christina said there will be ones to help."

yes, it was something. Thanks for updating ~*~*~*~ Christina let out a sigh as she glanced once again toward the building on top of the hill. She was concerned for King Theoden and wished she had a solution for what happened. He wouldn't exile his nephew like that. Something was wrong. Something... sinister. ~*~*~*~ Though Boromir was happy to be reunited with his younger brother and his father, his thoughts went back to the Ranger he started falling in love with. He wondered if she had completed her task in contacting the King of Rohan.
"You okay, brother?"
He turned to look at Faramir, who was staring at him with a concerned look.
"I'm fine." Boromir let a fond smile slip onto his face, concealing the worry. But it only lasted for a second and he was back into his brooding mood. "It's just..." He fiddled with the piece of pottery in his hands. "I found a girl."
"I know. I heard Father yelling about her." He took a seat next to his brother. "Is it true? What Father says about her?"
"She left because she was unloved in the village." He scrubbed a hand on his face. "Last I saw her, she was supposed to alert King Theoden of our situation. I wonder if she has made contact and sent word out."
Faramir didn't know what to do to help his brother. It was obvious that Boromir was worried for the Ranger and that he was in love with the girl.
"I am sure she is fine as she can be. Besides, she is a Ranger after all."
"Yeah." A small smile appeared. "That she is. She can take care of herself." ~*~*~*~ wow... updates are just pouring from me all of a sudden. And I'm supposed to be cleaning!

Sorry I haven't updated. Just so everyone knows we are changing cannon, right?. ~*~
"How'd you find us?" Pippin asked as Arragon carried the two hobbits out of the woods.
"You found them!" Grimil ran up to them with Legolos.
"I'm glad your ranger skills still work." Legolos looked over the two hobbits. "Arew yoyu injured?"
"We're fine," Merry smiled happily.
"...Where is everyone else?" Pippin asked looking around the group.
"Frodo and Sam headed off to destroy the ring." Aragon said setting the Hobbits down on the ground.
"Where's Flora?" Merry asked.
"She went off witrh Allier to warn the elves," Legolos said looking off torwards the sky.
"Boromir and christina went of to Rohan." Arragon answered the unasked question.
~*~
Allier sterred her horse around the over turned tree and frowned. It seemed the Orcs had been taring apart the land looking for Frodo and the ring. She silently hoped that they hadn't hurt any of the hobbits, for Flora's sake.
Allier hadn't really talked to Flora before they headed on their journey but she seemed depressed and gloomy. Allier knew she would be that way to if she didn't forcus on what Gandulf would want her to do.
~*~
Frodo looked out at the Dead Marshes. It had been a hard day traveling threw them and he was thankful that Sam and Gollum had saved him. He knew that soon he would be free of the ring and part of him was over joyed...but another part wanted to keep it.

Allier streched getting off the horse. They were close she knew that for a fact. She had learned a few things from Aragorn and Christina. For Arwen and the other elves she had learned to tune her sences more. she had seen the foot prints 2 full size, one middle and 2 short. It was the others she knew it or at least she hoped. She didn't want to tell Flora and get her hopes up.

"(Something is out there!)" Legolas said turning around and looking at the woods reaching for his arrows.
"(What do you see?)" Arragon asked lookingaround the woods as well.
"What's going on?" Merry asked moving closer to Pippin.
"The White Wizard approaches," Legolas said moving closer to the rest of the group.
"I miss the shire," Pippin whispered to Marry.
"Warm bed, fresh food, no orcs..." Merry nodded.
"We must be quick." Arragon said taking out his sword.
"Let him come," Grimil said swinging his axe. With a yell, Arragon, Grimil and Legolas swong around to attack but they are suddenly blinded by a bright light emanating from the White Wizard. Their weponds fall from their hands and they are left as unarmed as the hobbits.
"Who are you? Show yourself!" Arragon growled. The light dimmed slighly. "It cannot be!"
"Oh my..." Pippin whispered awe struck.
"He looks like..." Merry looked around to everyone else as if to be told it was a trick.
"You fell!" Arragon yelled.
"Through fire and water. From the lowest dungeon to the highest peak, I fought him, the Balrog of Morgoth. Until at last, I threw down my enemy and smote his ruin upon the mountainside. Darkness took me, and I strayed out of thought and time. Stars wheeled overhead and everyday was as long as a life age of the earth. But it was not the end. I felt life in me again. I've been sent back until my task is done."
~*~
Alier clutched her chest suddenly and let out a slight whimper.
"Alier? Are you alright?!" Flora asked ridding closer to her.
"It's nothing...Just a strange feeling."
"Is it about Frodo?" Flora asked urgently.
"No...I know its insane but I felt like...Like Gandulf was alive."

"Are we getting closer?" Flora asked from her seat on her pony.
Alier closed her eyes and listened. The elvish she could hear sounded so familiar.
"Yes little one they are close." she said with a smile.
She let out a sharp piercing whistle hoping legolas would hear and stop. to be safe she removed a small firework form her pack that Gandalf had given her to use in emergency. she wetted the end and held it in the air, when hitting the air it let out a large blue rose hoping it would be seen

Christina couldn't shake a strange feeling she had to go to the woods on the boarder. She knew she should wait and see if she could help king thoren but the urge was stronge. "Alright, let's see waht there is to see."
~*~
Legolus looked up into the sky seeing the blue rose spread across the sky. He felt his heart leap into his chest, Alier was close. He looked at Gandaulf who smiled slightly leaning on his wooden staff.
"They all feel you," Arragon said looking at Gandaulf in awe.
"Frodo would be happy to know you were alive," Pippin remarked.
"Yes, I imagine he would be." Gandauld said.
"The fellowship...it got-" Merry fidgeted.
"Yes, I know." Gandaulf nodded.
"Legolus!" Came a cry from the trees as Alier came running out of the woods aand paused seeing the entire group. "Gandaulf...?"
"Yes," Gandaulf said smiling as she ran and hugged him crying.
"I thought you were gone!" Alier wept.
"I can not go on until our quest is finished." Gandaulf petted her hair.
"I was so lost with out you," Alier said looking up at him.
"I know," Gandaulf smiled.

~*~*~*~*~ "Boromir?" came a tenative reply.
Boromir shook his head so as to rid himself of the mental tug he felt and turned to his brother. "Yes, Faramir?"
"What's wrong? I've been calling your name..."
He felt it again. This time, it was stronger.
"...Christina?"
"What?" he asked.
Faramir looked frustrated. "What is the matter with you? Have you not been listening to what I have been saying?"
"No. I feel some kind of pull toward the forest along the border of Rohan."
"Then go. Follow the pull until you find whatever is pulling you."
"You sure, brother?"
Faramir put on a smile and patted his older brother's shoulder. "Yes. I can hold my own here."
"Thanks." Boromir hugged his brother and jumped on his horse, squeezing the horses' side. ~*~*~*~ short but something. have to get ready for work

~*~ Alier let go of Gandalf as he smiled at her. She Knew she was acting like a child but it didn't matter, her teacher was alive. She turned and saw Legolus looking at her but keeping still next to Arragon. She knew just running into his arms would be undignifed but she didn't care.
"Alier, "Legolus wrapped his around her as she snuggled into his chest. Nothing else seemed to matter as they were touching. Arragon walked back a couple of feet feeling his heart ache for Arwen.
"Where's Flora?" Pippin asked.
"Not all of us can ran that fast..." Mutter Flora as she guided the horse and the pony into the clearing.
"Flora!" Merry ran over to her and hugged her. "I've missed you so much.
~*~
Christina paused at the entrance to the woods. She wasn't sure what she was getting herself into, could this be the work of evil or was she being called for the fellowship?

They had found a clearing to rest before the continued on to Gondor. Allier and Legolas off to the side talking and holding hands. Merry, Pippen and Flora enjoying a bite and Gimli a nice pipe. Aragorn looked at his child hood friend happy that she had found happiness, just hoping that Legolas wouldn't hurt her.
"She will be fine." a voice said behind her.
He turned and saw Gandalf behind him leaning on his staff looking at his aprentice. a fatherly look in her eyes.
"I know, but i can;t help but feel a kinship to her."
"I understand."
~*~
"I'm glad that we have you back." Legolas said truthfully. the two had slid closer to her and his arm was now around her waist.
"As am i. we got to mirkwood before the two of realized it wasn't where we belonged." she said very close to resting her head against his, "and before you ask there was no one there."
He smiled at her glad that she understood. he took the move and rested his head against hers. "Thank you."
"There were two reasons for each of us, for flora it's a little obvious."
"And you?" he asked locking his eyes with hers.
"When i got to Mirkwood there were 2 things on my mind, the first being this is not where i'm meant to be, i am to be in the battle fighting along side my friends."
"And the other?"
"That there was one person i wanted to be with to make it easier." she siad and lightly touched her lips to his, "You."

"I'm glad to see your alright." Pippin said taking a bite of an apple.
"What danger would I be in? We just went to find elves." Flora said smiling happily munching on her food.
"Still, what if something had happend?" Merry said looking at Flora sideways.
"I'm fine," Flora said looking at Merry straight in the eyes. "I'm not the one who went running out in front of Orcs."
"To save Frodo." Merry said crossing his arms.
"I'm not saying it wasn't nice just you were in more danger then I was. "Flora said leaning up against him.
"He worried about you constintly," Pippin said smiling slightly. "Kept ask where you wrre, if I thought you were safe. On and on it went-"
"Shut up, Pippin." Merry said throwing some food at Pippin who ducked it.
"Did you really?" Flora asked looking at Merry.
"I..erm, well. "Merry cleard his throat slightly.
~*~
"I thought of you everyday, "Legolus whisperd against her lips as he wrapped ghis arms around her.
"I worried about you," Alier smiled at him as he kissed her. The kiss started out soft but became slightly demanding as if testing the waters. Alier gripped on to Legolus' arm and pulled him closer answering in her own way she wanted this as much as he did. The thoughts of the coming battles faded from her mind as long as he was holding her.
~*~
Boromir rode hard and fast torwards the forest. He couldn't explain the need to get there but he wouldn't ignore it. His heart gripped as his mind went through the list of things that might cause this.
He pryed to the gods that it was not a woarning of someone's death.
~*~
Christina relied on her ranger skills to lead her to the scourse of the pulling. She'd noticed a bunch of small foot prints but refused to get her hope up as she stepped over a bit of wood coming into a clearing.
"Christina!" Aragron said walking over to her and embrassing her like they hadn't seen eachother in years. (none sexual hug)
"Aragron, What's...Gandalf?" Christina gasped.

The wizard smiled.
"But... how can this be? The creature took you with..."
"That can all be explained later. We are waiting for the last person to meet up with us."
Christina perked up. "Boromir." Her face then fell. "I was unable to get in contact with the King. I spoke to Eomer before he was dismissed from his uncle's kingdom. He said that something was possessing the man, taking over him."
Gandalf nodded. "It is the work of Saruman. I will tend to him. In the meantime, I wish for you to stay with Boromir until you are told otherwise."
She smiled happily. That would make her very happy. ~*~*~*~
