"I have a grave announcement to make," said Dumbledore as he stood up. The Sorting hat was still on the stool. "This year, I'm afraid, we have to make sure that you're in the right house since I've seen that some of you quite disagree with the Sorting Hat. We will re-Sort everyone into the rightful houses and let the Sorting Hat place you in the House that you belong in."
Harry felt his stomach drop ten thousand feet below the surface, his sister looking as nervous as he was. That meant they'll have to be in Slytherin!
"Black, Sandy!" McGonagall said. Sandy, white and shaking, stood up and walked over to the stool and the Sorting Hat was placed on her head. It took a moment.
"HUFFLEPUFF!" the hat screamed. She was the first Hufflepuff over there.
"Looks like she was a pure Hufflepuff," muttered Alie.
"Lupin, Christina!" Remus, who was the DADA teacher, watched nervously as the hat was placed on her head. Please let her be in Ravenclaw again, he thought.
"RAVENCLAW!" Christina went back down to her old table and sat there. She smiled over to Sandy, who smiled back.
"Abbott, Hannah!"
"HUFFLEPUFF!"
"Finch-Fletchey, Justin!"
"HUFFLEPUFF!"
"Malfoy, Draco!"
"SLYTHERIN!"
"No real surprise there," muttered Ron.
"Creevey, Colin!"
"GRYFFINDOR!"
"Crabbe, Vincent!"
"SLYTHERIN!"
"Goyle, Gregory!"
"SLYTHERIN!"
"Bulstrode, Millcent!"
"SLYTHERIN!"
"Bones, Susan!"
"HUFFLEPUFF!"
"Chang, Cho!"
"RAVENCLAW!"
"Creevey, Dennis!"
"GRYFFINDOR!"
"Brown, Lavender!"
"RAVENCLAW!"
"Patil, Parvati!"
"GRYFFINDOR!"
"Patil, Padma!"
"RAVENCLAW!"

"Wonder if I'm going to be stuck in Gryffindor again," said Hermione.
"I know I'm not," said Neville gloomly.
"Just let the Sorting Hat tell you what House to go in," said Ron.
"Easy for you to say," muttered Harry.
"What's wrong Harry?" Hermione asked, concerned.
"You'll see what I mean," said Harry. Now most of the school was Sorted.
"Potter, Harry!" Harry felt his stomach drop lower as he sat on the stool.
"Aw, now I can place you into the House you were destined to be in," muttered the hat in his ear.
Then the hat shouted, "SLYTHERIN!" Everyone was stunned. Harry made his way over to the Slytherin table, who were the most stunned.
"Potter, Allison!"
"SLYTHERIN!" Another shocked audience.
"Weasley, Ronald!"
"GRYFFINDOR!"
"Weasley, Fred!"
"GRYFFINDOR!"
"Weasley, George!"
"GRYFFINDOR!"
"Weasley, Ginny!"
"GRYFFINDOR!"
"Granger, Hermione!"
"GRYFFINDOR!"
"Longbottom, Neville!"
"HUFFLEPUFF!"
"Finnigan, Seamus!"
"GRYFFINDOR!"
"Thomas, Dean!"
"GRYFFINDOR!"
"Well, now I'm sure you're now in the apporiate Houses the hat had needed to place you in," said Dumbledore. "Now let the feast begin." And the plates filled up.
"Feels kind of strange doesn't it?" Alie said to Harry. "Being in Slytherin?"
"Yeah, it does," said Harry, Allie gave her brother a small smile and squeezed his hand the teo continuing to their dinner

"Now why would Harry and Allie be placed in that awful place?" Alicia asked during the feast.
"No idea," said Ron. "I mean... it did take awhile to Sort Harry in the first year. Maybe the hat wanted to place him in Slytherin but placed him in Gryffindor."
"For one," said Hermione. "I heard that James Potter was the heir of Gryffindor. But I don't know how or why the Sorting Hat placed either of them in Slytherin."
"Maybe we should ask," piped up Ginny. "I mean it has to be a reason and they would know it."
"Good point," said Angelina.
"But what if it has to do with being... you know... a Parselmouth?" Fred asked quietly.
"It could be," said Katie, shivering at what she remembered.
"Poor Harry and Alex," said Alicia. "They are the only Gryffindor's who were placed in Slytherin."
~*~
"That's something you don't see everyday," muttered Remus. Sirius was furious that his godson was placed into Slytherin.
"Has to be a reason though, don't it?" said Professor Sprout, Herbology teacher and head of Hufflepuff House.
"All it saw," muttered Dumbledore to the teachers and only for the teachers to hear. "was the things that Voldemort passed on. But it also saw some other qualities that Harry picked from things I don't know of. And I'm sure he don't recall it."
"But still," said Professor McGonagall. "Isn't he Gryffindor's heir?"
"He is still the heir to Godric, Minerva," said Dumbledore. "The hat just placed him where he would qualify the most. And I did address that the students just let the hat Sort them into their rightful Houses. And I also know that Harry will not turn."

"Interesting," said Cho. Christina nodded.
"And no one suspects?" Christina asked.
"I should hope not. Because if people found out," said Cho, looking around the Great Hall. "There'll be hell to pay." Christina snorted.
"Good way of putting it. We were able to bewitch the hat and make it place us into Ravenclaw again."
"Maybe the other kids did the same thing."
"Draco did, I know that much."
"Meeting tonight. We'd better tell Draco or does he know?"
"He knows," said a drawling voice from behind them.
"Good," said Christina, smiling. Draco gave her a kiss on the lips while Cho pretended to gag.
"What?" Draco asked, pulling away from Christina.
"Rent a room, you two," said Cho. Draco and Christina smirked. Then everyone started to exit the Great Hall. "We'd better find a way to sneak out of here to get to the meeting," said Cho.
"Let's use my Invisibility Cloak," said Draco. "I still got one from my father." Christina nodded.
"Good, meet us by the entrance to the Ravenclaw common room," said Christina.
~*~
"Do you think it's strange," said Katie. "That Malfoy started to hang out with Christina and Cho? I mean I heard some Slytherin's last year received the Dark Mark."
"There's no way Cho and Christina would ever talk to Malfoy." Alicia said.
"And so is Cedric I heard," whispered Hermione. "I believe that the Death Eaters have a meeting tonight."
~*~
"Good evening," said Cedric, kissing Cho on the lips as Draco did the same to Christina.
"Let's go before anyone catches us," said Cho through her Death Eater robes. Once they slipped under the cloak they walked out. They didn't see that Remus and Sirius were watching them.
~*~
"We have Death Eaters here," announced Sirius. "And they're students." The staff was shocked.
"Who?" Professor Sprout said.
"I know," said Snape. "Wasn't there Christina Lupin, Cedric Diggory, Cho Chang, and Draco Malfoy you saw leave for a meeting last night?" Remus and Sirius nodded.
"Now why would such 3 talented students such as Cedric, Cho, and Christina become Death Eaters?" McGonagall asked.
"They willingly did it," said Snape. "I was there when they became Death Eaters. Don't know why they did it but there's no stopping them."
"It couldn't have been because You-Know-Who bewitched them then?" Professor Flitwick piped up.
"Nope," said Professor Snape. "Don't know what they were thinking but maybe confronting them after classes would be a start as to why they turned."
"For once," said Sirius. "I agree."
